Charles was a partner with Middleton & Upsall of Warminster and Westbury for 35 years before the firm merged in 2016 with DBB solicitors of Andover and Stockbridge to practice as Middletons solicitors. Charles is also an accredited family mediator.

Chris has worked in the field of Civil & Commercial Litigation in private practice for over 35 years and was a partner with Middleton & Upsall of Warminster and Westbury before the firm merged in 2016 with DBB solicitors of Andover and Stockbridge to practice as Middletons solicitors. Chris is also an accredited civil mediator.

Alison was one of the founding partners of Brockmans solicitors having opened the firm in Stockbridge in 1992. Brockmans merged with Parkes Browne of Andover to form DBB solicitors before merging again with Middleton & Upsall in 2016 to practice at Middletons solicitors.

Michelle qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and initially practiced in Corporate and Commercial law before concentrating on Private Client work. She has been associated with Middleton & Upsall solicitors for 13 years and continues her role at Middletons solicitors.

Alexa qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 having graduated from the University of Exeter. She practised in Bristol, Ringwood and Trowbridge before joining Middletons.

Jenny has over 20 years’ experience working in the litigation departments of Wiltshire firms of solicitors and for the last 6 years she has been part of the dispute resolution team at Middleton & Upsall. Jenny draws on her experience to achieve the best results on behalf of the Client at Middletons solicitors.

Sandra has over 30 years’ experience working in residential property departments. She has been a member of the Residential Conveyancing Team at Middleton & Upsall solicitors for 6 years and continues her role at Middletons solicitors.

Kate is Chartered Legal Executive and Head of our Family Department and specialises in military divorce and finances, especially the Armed Forces Pension Schemes. Kate has worked in family law since 2000 and was previously at a firm in Amesbury where she had a large contingent of military clients from across the plains and overseas. Kate is also an accredited family mediator.

Before joining Middletons in May 2020 Samuel worked for a high street practice in Frome as their primary conveyancing fee earner. Samuel is acknowledged by clients as being efficient and personable, and enjoys tackling complicated situations and finding pragmatic solutions. Samuel specialises in Residential conveyancing, remortgages, shared ownership, commercial and agricultural property and equity release.

Luke qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and is a specialist in commercial property law.  Luke specialises in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial property, property finance, landlord and tenant work as well as negotiating new leases / sub-leases; lease  renewals; agreements for lease; lease assignments; licence for alterations.

After working as a Conveyancing paralegal for a large law firm in Bristol, Reward joined Middletons in June 2021, working with our Warminster Residential Property team before commencing his training contract. He will qualify as a solicitor in 2023.

Reward enjoys working in New Build conveyancing and is successful in building client and developer relationships to ensure transactions run smoothly.

Reward is also a keen basketball fan and can often be found playing in the local teams in Bath.
